Location: Lakeshore Animal Health Partners in Mississauga, ON
Dr. Davey completed her DVM at the Ontario Veterinary College and then worked in general practice in Stoney Creek before pursuing a Small Animal Rotating Internship at the Veterinary Specialty Centre of Delaware. It was there that she fell in love with Rehabilitation Medicine. She then became certified in Canine Rehabilitation through the University of Tennessee, followed by certification in Medical Acupuncture. She has practiced Rehabilitation exclusively for over 10 years in a mix of specialty practice and academia. She enjoys managing all types of mobility issues, including all orthopaedic, neurologic and soft tissue issues. She also has a passion for pain management and maximizing quality of life in her patients.
Outside of work, Dr. Davey enjoys spending time with her family, as well as reading, doing yoga and gardening.
