Dr. Emily Rochford

Dr. Emily Rochford is an emergency veterinarian at Lakeshore Animal Health Partners. Originally from Dublin, Ireland, she studied Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at University College Dublin, receiving the Joy Carey medal for her thesis in the field of epigenetics. She then began her studies in Veterinary Medicine at University College Dublin. Upon completing her Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Rochford began working as a general practitioner in small animal practice in Ireland. She moved to Toronto in 2022 and worked at Toronto Animal Health Partners before finding a home with us. She loves being in the city but equally loves cottage weekends and going for hikes when she can.
